What to Include
For faster help, include:
- The email address used for your StoryVerse account.
- The page, story, order, or subscription involved.
- A short description of the issue.
- Screenshots, receipts, transaction IDs, or timestamps if relevant.
Billing and Refunds
For refund requests, use the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email, purchase date, plan or credit package, transaction ID if available, and the reason for the request.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Content Safety Reports
To report unsafe content, moderation issues, or policy violations, include the story title, approximate time, account email, and a short description.
StoryVerse prohibits explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous characters, non-consensual sexual content, sexual impersonation of real people, and user-generated pornographic content. AI outputs are moderated, and reports help us improve safety.
