Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how users may and may not use StoryVerse. It applies to all accounts, prompts, story actions, generated outputs, comments, support messages, and use of paid features.

StoryVerse is designed for safe interactive fiction and creative entertainment. It may not be used for pornographic, exploitative, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Prohibited Sexual and Exploitative Use

You may not use StoryVerse to request, create, upload, share, or attempt to generate:

  • Explicit sexual content, pornography, or graphically erotic roleplay.
  • Sexual content involving minors, childlike characters, school-age characters, or age-ambiguous characters.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, including coercion, assault, exploitation, blackmail, intoxication, incapacitation, or forced scenarios.
  • Sexual content involving real people, celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or identifiable persons.
  • Deepfake, impersonation, or "lookalike" sexual content.
  • User-generated pornographic stories, prompts, links, files, or roleplay.

AI Safety and Moderation

AI outputs are moderated. We use automated and manual safety processes to detect and reduce prohibited content. Users may not bypass, disable, reverse engineer, or manipulate these protections.

Prohibited bypass behavior includes:

  • Prompt injection or jailbreak attempts.
  • Obfuscated sexual requests, coded language, euphemisms, or intentional misspellings.
  • Repeatedly regenerating after a refusal to obtain unsafe content.
  • Moving a prohibited request across languages, formats, character names, or story contexts.

Other Prohibited Uses

You may not use StoryVerse to:

  • Break the law or encourage others to break the law.
  • Harass, threaten, bully, shame, stalk, dox, or exploit any person.
  • Create hateful, extremist, or demeaning content targeting protected groups.
  • Generate instructions for malware, phishing, credential theft, evading security systems, or cyber abuse.
  • Generate instructions for weapons, explosives, evading law enforcement, or physical harm.
  • Impersonate StoryVerse, our staff, another user, a real person, or another organization.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
  • Abuse payments, refunds, chargebacks, credits, promotions, or account systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, clone, or compete with the service without permission.
  • Interfere with service reliability, security, rate limits, moderation, billing, or access controls.

Enforcement

We may enforce this policy by refusing generation, removing content, limiting features, reducing rate limits, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, blocking payments, denying refunds for policy-violating use, or reporting unlawful material when required.

We may consider account history, severity, intent, recurrence, payment risk, user reports, and legal obligations when deciding enforcement actions.
